The Search for Knowledge mural is a visual allegory for the pursuit of knowledge and fruits of learning.  The adventure, sense of discovery, hunt for and quest of knowledge are the framework and underlying current of this work.

 

The seasons of the year, representing the cycle of life, planting, harvesting, nurturing, growing and regeneration have been powerful metaphors throughout my work.  I often use images of people in natural settings to symbolize how rich the world is through the quest for understanding and knowledge.
