The focus of my work is humanity, painting

positive an heroic images of human

relationships.  This vision includes everyone

People of diverse ethnic backgrounds and

gender and age are depicted in a manner

meant to inspire and empower the viewer.

I believe in an individuals power to overcome adversity and make a meaningful life for one's self and family.  My paintings reflect this belief.

 

This idyllic harvest scene shows a group of people immersed in their work, evoking the bond between honest labor and a bountiful harvest.  This scene mirrors the natural and agricultural bounty, beauty and diversity of Oregon.

 

It is my desire that the mural visually nurture the families who come here, creating a positive experience which is healing and hopeful and encourages growing together.
